Important Shipping Information For US Customers

We normally ship by UPS, but have also utilized the Postal Service for customers with PO Box addresses. Because the US Postal Service has failed to honor valid insurance claims for lost shipments, some as large as $2,100.00, we ask that you use a physical address that is deliverable by UPS. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the poor business practices of the US Postal Service have made this necessary. If a customer requires the use of a PO Box for delivery, please be aware that lost shipments will result in at least a 30 day delay before the reshipment of an order can be made.

Our Guarantee and Return Policy With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition (including manufacturer's packaging!), for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date. EXCEPTIONS Although we cannot guarantee your picking skills, Lock Picks Direct are warranted again defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days. Our E Series Electric picks are warranted for 90 days. This warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear of the tools. Lock picks may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective.  Books are not returnable, and video tapes, DVD's and CD's may be returned for replacement if defective.  Orders cancelled after shipping has occurred will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Restrictions All too often, the virtues of "common sense" fall victim to political expediency and, one by one, personal freedoms are given up for the promise of public safety.
