Please allow 3-5 weeks for orders shipped First Class and 6-14 days for orders shipped Priority Mail (estimates do not include possible delays due to customs). Customers are responsible for any customs duties charged upon or following delivery.

Buyer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not LockPicksDirect, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item ordered. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely No Sales To Minors! Therefore, orders paid by money order require proof of age, ie. copy of driver's license or birth certificate. By placing an order, the buyer asserts that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner, that he/she is of legal age, and has never been convicted of a felony. By placing an order for locksmithing tools, the buyer asserts to be, without fraud or deception, a bonafied member of the locksmithing industry, or other qualified personnel.

 

Return Policy

With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition and unopened (including manufacturers packaging), for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Any item returned for exchange will incur additional shipping charges.

Exceptions

Opened lock picks and sets may be returned, if in new condition (unused), for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective. Defective items returned for replacement will not incur additional shipping charges.

Books are not returnable. DVD's may be returned for replacement if defective.

 

Warranty

All SouthOrd products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days unless otherwise noted. SouthOrd Electric picks are warranted for six months and the SouthOrd MAX Lock Picks come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.
The LAT-17 Snap Gun now comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

This warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear of the tools.
