We accept orders online, or by fax or phone, using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. You may also pay by Money Order (made payable to Lock Picks Direct).
Payment by Money Order will require proof of age (copy of drivers licence or passport).

Do you ship to addresses other than billing addresses?

Orders placed by credit card must be shipped to the credit card billing address, except when being shipped to a military, fire/police department or university address. Shipment to any other address or person, other than the credit card holder, may require ID documentation in the form of an emailed or faxed copy of the cardholder’s credit card and drivers licence (front side only).
ID documentation may also be requested for high-valued orders.
Can I order by phone?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

What is your return policy?

With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition and unopened (including manufacturers packaging), for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Exceptions
Opened lock picks and sets may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective.
Books are not returnable. DVD's may be returned for replacement if defective.
What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?

U.S. orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days.

What is the difference between Standard (US) sets and Slimline (EURO) sets?

Standard (US) sets are designed primarily for US locks as they have a slightly larger keyway than other locks.
The slimline (EURO) sets are better suited for European and Japanese locks as these keyways tend be be a little smaller.
Do you ship to a P.O. box?

We ship to P.O. boxes that match the credit card billing address within the U.S.
Overseas orders must be shipped to a physical address.

How can I open a padlock?

Padlocks, like other locks can be picked or raked, but SouthOrd also manufactures
padlock shims which can easily and quickly open many padlocks.
Do you sell replacement parts?

Yes, we sell a complete selection of replacement parts for the jacknife, electric pick, tubular picks etc. as well as individual picks and cases.
Can I collect my order?
